老虎起飞 is the starting line to your Campbellsville Experience
老虎起飞 is brand new experience offered this year designed to be a catalyst for student engagement. Similar to the former “Priority Registrations”, this program will feature traditional activities such as campus tours, 社交活动, and meetings with academic advisors with an added overnight experience. These activities are designed to help students feel more comfortable and confident as they begin their college journey and give students the opportunity for early registration of classes and offerings.
The dates for 老虎起飞 are as follows:
- Friday, May 10th (One Day event)
- Thursday and Friday, June 6th and 7th (Overnight Event)
- Sunday and Monday, July 7th and 8th (Overnight Event)
抵达前:
- Complete your Enrollment Packet
- Complete your Housing Application
- Accept your 金融援助 Awards
If you have previously taken the ACT, 坐, 指南针, KYOTE, 或Accuplacer测试, please send your scores to the Enrollment Office before attending your registration event.

We recommend each student only bring one (1) guest with them, preferably a parent or guardian. 学生 can attend Summer Orientation 2023 by themselves if they choose.
ONE-DAY STUDENT ITINERARY:

上午11时至下午3时: Placement testing, meeting with an academic success coach, and campus activities
下午二时至五时: Campus Connections in Heilman 欢迎 Center

下午2:30至4:00: Orientation Check-in at 蒙哥马利图书馆 大学路1号, Campbellsville, KY 42718
下午2:30至6:00: Placement testing, meeting with an academic success coach, and campus activities

下午五时至五时三十分: Move into your room for the night
下午五时三十分至七时 Dinner at Winters Dining Hall

8:00pm – ??? Campus Hangout at Finley Stadium and SAC patio (students only)
第二天:
上午8时至8时45分: Breakfast at Winters Dining Hall
上午8:45 - 9:00: Day Two Check-In at Ransdell Chapel / return room keys

上午9:15至下午12:00: Class scheduling in areas across campus and Campus Connections in Betty Dobbins Heilman Wellness Center
OVERNIGHT GUEST ITINERARY:
第一天:
下午2:30 - 3:30: Orientation Check-in at 蒙哥马利图书馆 Enjoy refreshments while meeting with campus representatives.
下午3:30 - 4:30: Late Afternoon with Khalil at Ransdell Chapel (guests only) Not exactly The Tonight Show, but an exciting presentation of CU offices
下午4:30至5:00: Campus tours starting at 蒙哥马利图书馆 lawn
下午五时至五时三十分: Help your student move into their room for the night
下午五时三十分至七时 Dinner at Winters Dining Hall
晚上七时至八时: Ice Cream Social at 蒙哥马利图书馆 lawn (everyone) Meet and greet with campus professors, 教练, 和工作人员
第二天:
上午9:15 - 10:00: 与唐娜的谈话时间 & Jeanette at Ransdell Chapel Distinguished professionals in higher education, but also, moms. This interactive workshop is by parents for the parents.
上午10时至下午12时: Campus Connections in Betty Dobbins Heilman Wellness Center
装箱单:
- Twin XL bedsheets, or a sleeping bag
- 枕头 & 毯子
- 毛巾 & 毛巾
- Toiletries; toothbrush/toothpaste, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, etc.
